[SPEED] WCS 2024 Qualifiers
WCS 2024 Qualifiers: Compete with Duelists from around the world and strive to achieve higher ranks. By advancing in the rankings, you can earn rewards such as Gems and Tickets, as well as gain the opportunity to qualify for the World Championship Series (WCS).
WCS Information
You are invited to participate in the WCS 2024 Qualifiers in the SPEED DUEL Format with your Speed Duel Decks. Aim to pass the 1st Stage to advance to the Regional Qualifiers. Top-ranked players in each group of the Regional Qualifiers will be eligible to participate in the WCS 2024 Finals in the SPEED DUEL Format.
*Please note that if you qualify for the WCS 2024 Main Draw in both Speed Duel and Rush Duel formats, you will only be allowed to compete in one of the two divisions.
The World Championship Qualifiers consist of two stages.
Stage 1 is open from June 3rd to June 16th.
The Regional Qualifiers, which are accessible to duelists who have reached DLv. 20, will begin on June 13th and conclude on June 16th.
Stage 1 Information
The first stage of the World Championship Qualifiers plays similarly to the ranked ladder.
Attaining DLV MAX qualifies a player to participate in the Qualifier.
Players receive gems, tickets, and gold for each DLV level achieved.
The starting level of your DLv. will be based on your rank achieved during the 100th season (May) of Speed Duel: Ranked Duels.

Platinum Rank:DLv. 7
Legend Rank and above:DLv. 10
If you attained specific ranks in Ranked Duels (Speed) during Season 100 (May 1, 09:00 - June 1, 08:59), you will commence the 1st Stage at a higher Duel Level (DLv).
Players who did not participate in Season 100 of Ranked Duels (Speed) will start the 1st Stage at DLv. 1.
Attaining the rank of King of Games in Season 100 of Ranked Duels (Speed) does not confer eligibility for the Regional Qualifiers.
This rule does not apply to Ranked Duels (Rush).
Stage 2 Information
The second stage of the KC Cup uses an ELO system where players gain or lose points (DP) based on their wins or losses.
Participants compete globally, not just regionally.
Players receive a certain number of tickets and other rewards based on their global ranking at the end of the event.
Duelists who accumulate KC Cup Points from KC Cup 2024 Season will receive 3,000 DP. Additionally, for each KC Cup Point earned in the second stage, they will gain an extra 40 DP.
Top players from each region will receive seats at WCS 2024 as follows:

B: Latin America / Caribbean - 2
C: Europe - 1
D: Japan - 1
E: Asia / Oceania / Middle East / Africa - 1

The World Championships are scheduled to take place in Seattle, Washington, USA, on September 6th and 7th, 2024.

You can use this once per turn on a turn where "Chronicle Sorceress" or a Level 7 or above monster is Summoned or Fusion Summoned. From your Deck, add 1 "Successor Soul" or Quick-Play Spell Card with "Dark Magician" or "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" in the Card name to your hand, and send 1 monster to your Graveyard from your Deck/Extra Deck that isn't an Effect Monster, and that doesn't have a monster of the same name in your field or Graveyard.
